Larry Fenelon - Partner
Larry leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. His primary practice is resolving commercial disputes, both domestic and international before the courts and in arbitration. He appears before the High Court and arbitral bodies in Ireland and has appeared before the ICC, LCIA and in UNCITRAL arbitration internationally.
He is an experienced arbitrator and mediator. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on both the Law Society’s Arbitration and Mediation committee and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators committee. Larry qualified as a CEDR commercial mediator in 2005 and regularly acts as mediator and for parties in mediation.
A graduate of University of Limerick, Larry also holds diplomas in domestic and international arbitration.

John Hogan - Partner
John advises on all aspects of commercial property including sales, leases, financing, acquisition and taxed based restructuring. He has also developed a significant practice in employment law, advising employers and employees on both policy and contentious issues.
He is an elected member of the Council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and chairman of the Business & Commercial Law Committee. He also holds a Diploma in Employment Law (Distinction) from University College Dublin.
A graduate of University College Dublin, John spent two years working as a commercial lender in Corporate and Commercial Banking before training, qualifying and practising with William Fry Solicitors (one of Ireland's largest commercial law firms).

Simon Hollywood - Solicitor
Simon leads Leman’s Corporate & Commercial unit. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising, inward investment and general corporate advice.
Simon joined the firm from A&L Goodbody where he worked for five years advising domestic and international clients on a full range of corporate and commercial issues. Simon specialises in small and medium size M&A work, sports sponsorship and regulation, franchising and information technology law.
Simon is a graduate of De Paul University, Chicago and University College Dublin where he obtained a degree in International Law and Masters in Irish Commercial Law.

Deborah Kearney - Solicitor
Deborah advises on Private Client matters. In respect of property she advises on residential sales, purchases and refinancing. She also advises on family property and asset transfers as well as finance restructuring and family partnerships.
She advises private clients on wills, trusts and estate planning and administration. In respect of elderly clients she regularly prepares Powers of Attorney and Wards of Court applications.
In Family Law matters, Deborah is an advocate of collaborative methods to resolve family disputes, without the need for lengthy court proceedings.
She is a graduate of NUI Galway where she obtained a Degree in Corporate Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB), she also holds a Diploma in Family Law.

Catherine Cooney - Solicitor
Catherine is a solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Catherine advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on the construction, professional and banking sectors.
Catherine completed her training with leading commercial firm Arthur Cox, where she gained extensive experience of all aspects of commercial practice, before spending time working in-house with the Business Banking Division of Bank of Ireland.
Catherine is a graduate of De Paul University, Chicago and University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (International). Catherine holds diplomas in Commercial Property and Civil Litigation.
